Another murder. This guy was found at Lake St. and 21st Ave this morning.

Seriously, someone should check with the local prostitutes... there are so many of them and they're always out - one of 'em must have seen or heard something.

Sigh.

What happened to that "safe city" initiative, by the way? Weren't we supposed to get more street patrol and stuff like that? Or is that just for Uptown and Downtown? I NEVER see beat cops around Lake or 31st... (not that they would have been there at 2AM, of course, but the last shooting over by South High happened mid-morning, as I recall.)
