...that a trailer could be towed in Minneapolis if it's not hooked up to a vehicle?

Guess who learned that lesson today?

$130 poorer, one day before I was to return the blasted thing to my parents' country abode where it belongs... I feel bitter. I mean, I teared up for the cop and eeeeeeeeeverything! Told him it was daddy's trailer and I just didn't know... but to no avail.
